Sabai Sabai have chosen interior designer Adam Tibbatts of Tibbatts Abel.to plan Sabai Sabai Restaurant and wine bar, Harborne. “We chose Adam”, says Torquil, “because his designs are not only amazing and win awards but also create incredibly successful venues. His latest London club won Best New Club 2010 and his Birmingham wine bar and restaurant won Bar Of The Year 2011. Adam’s come up with some incredibly exciting features for the new restaurant and wine bar in Harborne. His ideas for working around all the glass are stunning. Starting with a shell meant he could go for gold. It’s going to look fantastic!”
