Our Chef Team have been really busy perfecting some great dishes for our new Spring Menu. We’ll just mention a few to tantalise your tastebuds.
Our Lamb Chops now come char-grilled, in a sweet potato, onions and massaman sauce. We have a spicy shredded Duck Larb. Our chunky Jumbo Prawns are delicately spiced with turmeric, coconut milk and lemongrass.
For fish lovers we have chunky Monk Fish in Choo chee, baby leaf spinach and grilled sweet peppers. Finally, our old favourite is back the spicy ‘weeping tiger’ Rib Eye steak
